Do you agree or disagree with this statement? People are never satisfied with what they have; they always want something more or something different. Use specific reasons and examples to explain your position.

Whenever I walk down street, I can see the skyscrapers. I think this is by-products of being not satisfied with what human being have, so I agree that people are not content what they have. This is because of human nature and advertisement.

First of all, it can be undeniable to have more due to human nature. Even though no one can teach child to have more things, the child of all ages want more toys, snacks, ice creams. I think we cannot deny that human being is greedy from the cradle. For example, if it had not been for this greed, which is not satisfied with what people have, there would have been not inventions such as cell phone, computer, and internet. Because people want more things, they can push themselves.

In addition, with the technology including the Internet and television, people are too much exposed to media, especially advertisement. Ads get public brainwashed in other to sell their goods. By doing so, people admire billionaires who get already the luxuries, and imitate them. For instance, a friend of mine, Typany want to have more items that her favorite idol features. The more the celebrities she likes, the more items she buys.

In conclusion, I totally agree that people are incapable of being content with what they have because wanting more is human nature and today’s business commercials encourage people to crave more passions . I think this behavior is very beneficial in terms of making new things
