In this age of globalization, many people immigrate from country to country. As the old saying goes, In the Rome, do as the Romans do. In other words adopting and assimilating other culture's traditions have many benefits such as comfort and job opportunity.
To begin with, adopting a new culture’s traditions makes life easier and more comfortable. Cultural things have been made at least in over thousand years so it is deeply ingrained. Aliens have to follow other's rules because sometimes it acts as de factro law. For example, In East Arab countries, all of Arab woman have to cover up their head and be modest. If other country's girl shows her skin too much, then she would get insulted from locals. As this example demonstrates people have to observe other country culture for easy living.
What's more, Assimilation allows more employment opportunities. No one denies that associating with other people or country is helpful to get decent jobs. In this respect, adaptation to other culture gives the chance to get diversity of jobs. For instance, when my brother went to the China, He could work various places from restaurant to school. This is because he speaks Chinese and English very well, which is very helpful to find jobs and strong means to communicate coworker, boos and customer.
In conclusion, culture is very sensitive topic. People should blend in other culture this is because it helps them live easier and more comfortable. In addition it gives more job opportunities. In my opinion, people should respect other cultures by doing so.
