What do you want achieve? Time management can be difficult, so create a schedule and make sure you include some time to relax.
Other stress-busting ideas include taking up a hobby. Just watching television rarely helps to relieve stress. Instead, learning a musical instrument or taking some painting classes can help. Make sure the hobby is creative rather than competitive. It can be difficult in a busy world to find time for leisure activities, but it's important to have longer periods for play - at least three hours.
It is not always possible to eliminiate the causes of stress but you can reduce the symptoms. Experts say that the most important thing is to have balance in our daily lives. With daily life becoming ever busier for many of us, stress management is becoming a much needed skill.
